Red Wings Hockey Fest 2009 (August 28, 2009)

We were offered free tickets to Red Wings Hockeyfest 2009 at the Joe Louis Arena. There were some players and other Red Wing officials speaking and signing autographs, games for kids to play, free giveaways, photo opportunities, a tour of the Red Wings' locker room, and so much more.

We started off off by taking the People Mover from a parking garage over to "The Joe". Along the way we saw the Mariner's Church.

After meeting up with friends, we went inside to check things out

Once we checked things out a bit, we decided it was a good time to take the Locker Room Tour.
